Terms and Conditions for the Author Agreement between you (Author) and Netventure24 LLC
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the website and service are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including, but not limited to, intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Website, except as expressly allowed herein, is strictly prohibited. Netventure24 LLC may at any point make additional software and tools available to Authors in connection with the service.
You are only allowed to publish your own news, no copies from other websites or sources. The content you deliver has to be unique, meaning you won’t publish the same anywhere else and it hasn’t been published anywhere on the net before. In short – write your own content. You are solely responsible for the content in your news, including text, data, images and video.
Any content which goes against the law (e.g. content that contains defamatory, libellous, tortuous, vulgar, obscene, violent, invasive of privacy, racially or ethnically objectionable or hateful terms, promotes or provides instructional information about illegal activities, or promotes any act of cruelty to animals, gambling etc.) is not allowed. You will not use the Big City Informer News Network to violate any federal, state or local laws. Your news must comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You may not publish any confidential information you might have access to. All the news you publish have to be in English language. You may only use content to which you have the necessary rights, including (but not limited to) intellectual property rights regarding copyright, trademark, and trade secrets. You must have permission to use third party content from the content owners.
Our network covers news, no self promotion or any sort of advertising of your own events or products and services or overly promotional articles. Also useless articles with no real content are not allowed on our network and will get you banned. Links inside the news are not allowed and would also not help your earnings. Spamming won’t be accepted.
You have to follow the Google AdSense terms and conditions. Google AdSense will track all earnings and deliver all payments to you in accordance with your agreement with them. Netventure24 LLC does not track revenues associated with Google AdSense. By using the revenue sharing service, you acknowledge and agree that Netventure24 LLC will not be responsible for, and will not be obligated in any manner to repay you for any lost earnings.
You will not hack the website or modify any news that are not your own. You may not remove, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any Big City Informer News Network software or use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the website architecture. You won’t impersonate another Author or any representative or employee of Netventure24 LLC. You will not disrupt the Big City Informer News Network service or any servers by embedding code in the news or by otherwise attacking the service.
You understand and agree that as part of this agreement, you may receive certain communications from Netventure24 LLC, such as account creation confirmations, service announcements, administrative messages and any of the opt-in newsletters. If you do not want to receive such messages from Bigcityinformer, cancel your account.
As an Author you will be able to incorporate different types of content into your news. Netventure24 LLC does not claim ownership of the content you place in your news. The content will be owned by you or a third party from whom you got permission to post the content. By publishing news on our network, however, you grant Netventure24 LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license, for as long as your news is displayed on the Big City Informer News Network, to reproduce, display, modify, adapt and publish the content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your news on the Big City Informer News Network. Netventure24 LLC may preserve and store content, and may also disclose content if required to do so by law or if Netventure24 LLC believes in good faith that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process (e.g., subpoenas); (b) enforce these terms and conditions; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Netventure24 LLC, its users and the public.
The Author, and not Netventure24 LLC, will be fully responsible for all content that is uploaded, posted, transmitted or otherwise made available by the Author. Netventure24 LLC cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. Netventure24 LLC does not pre-screen content, but will have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse or remove any content in a news for any reason, including content that may violate these terms and conditions, or that is otherwise objectionable. Netventure24 LLC also cannot take responsibility for anything that your news readers may do in reliance on the content you publish in your news.
It’s possible that at some point, in Netventure24 LLC’s sole discretion, Netventure24 LLC may decide not to maintain the structure described in this document. Netventure24 LLC may, for example, have to change the percentages or details of the revenue sharing service. If Netventure24 LLC does need to change any significant terms, Netventure24 LLC will notify you by email, if reasonably practicable, at least two weeks before any such change occurs.
Netventure24 LLC may disclose to third parties certain aggregate information contained in your registration data or related data. Google AdSense may make use of behaviour website surfing and use the data in an ad targeting engine. Netventure24 LLC will only disclose personally identifying information as authorized by you or in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, legal process, to enforce these terms and conditions, or in accordance with the Big City Informer News Network Privacy Policy which constitutes a part of these terms and conditions and which you can access via the website.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Netventure24 LLC and its partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information, attorneys, advertisers and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of these terms and conditions or use of the website.
The website and service are provided “as is”, “as available”, with “all faults”, and all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You expressly understand and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. The website and service may contain bugs, errors, problems or other limitations. Netventure24 LLC makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the software will be corrected.
You expressly understand and agree that Netventure24 LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or website, unauthorized access to or alteration of your news, content transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the service, or any other matter relating to the service. Netventure24 LLC will also not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The failure of Netventure24 LLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms and conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These terms and conditions, together with the Netventure24 LLC privacy policy and any other agreements incorporated by reference in these terms and conditions or entered into between you and Netventure24 LLC in connection with your registration as a Author, constitute the entire agreement between you and Netventure24 LLC and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Netventure24 LLC. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate or other Netventure24 LLC services (such as revenue sharing services), third-party content or third-party software.
The above terms and conditions govern the use of the Bigcityinformer websites and all related services provided by Netventure24 LLC and constitute an agreement between you and Netventure24 LLC. Your use of the websites and any new services or functionalities that may be made available by Netventure24 LLC from time to time is conditioned upon your acceptance of and continued adherence to these terms and conditions. Netventure24 LLC reserves the right to alter or revise these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Your continued use of the websites indicates your acceptance of any and all revised terms and conditions. Netventure24 LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time or discontinue your access to the websites or other services or remove your news for any reason. You are fully responsible for any and all activities occurring or content that is published under your account. If you discover any unauthorized activity under your account please inform us immediately so we can take appropriate action. Netventure24 LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service or any portion thereof, without liability to you or any third party. In addition, Netventure24 LLC, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account or use of or access to the service and remove and delete any news or content, for any reason.
